Support, Engineering & Emergency Retainer
A support retainer is a pre-paid balance that covers every kind of help — all drawn from one balance and billed by the minute as you use it. It never expires, so it’s there the moment you need us, with no waiting on approvals or new agreements. Assisted deployment and remote or on-site configuration for any ArcLight product is deducted from your retainer.
